The medical services provided to both in- and out patients. The Department has particularly concentrated on the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancers and neuroendocrine tumors by I (131) and I(131)-MlBG respectively.

Available Technological Facilities and Medical Equipment:

The Department possess an isolation section to host the patients in need of radioactive therapy. The section is the only private operating isolation section whole around the country. It has achieved a treatment record more than 1000 patients with thyroid cancer.

Working Hours of Department and Physicians’ Shifts:

The patients are visited to receive the radioactive treatments from Sunday to Tuesday (3-5 p.m.). The ones to be hospitalized in Isolation section are normally admitted on Saturdays and Tuesdays.
